Heading: Assessor’s 2018 Annual Notice of Value mailed January 30, 2017This statement advises property owners of their 2018 property value for tax purposes. IT IS NOT A TAX NOTICE.
If the property owner decides to file a petition for review with the County Assessor’s Office, they must do so no later than 60 days after the postmark on their "Annual Notice of Valuation" or the deadline date as indicated on the notice. The required form can be found on the Assessor’s website or requested by phone or in person.

WIDOW/WIDOWER AND DISABLED PERSONS INDIVIDUAL EXEMPTION:
Reduces the assessed value of an individual’s real estate, mobile home or automobile.
Deadline to apply with the Assessor’s Office: March 1st
SENIOR VALUATION PROTECTION OPTION:
“Freezes” the property valuation of a Primary Residence owned by seniors.
Deadline to apply with the Assessor’s office: September 1st
Age, income and other eligibility requirements may apply.
RELIGIOUS/NON-PROFIT EXEMPTION
Deadline to apply with the Assessor’s office: March 1st.
