The CAPP (Children are Priceless Passengers) program is a partnership between Coconino County Public Health Services District and the Governor's Office of Highway Safety addressing issues of education, enforcement, and public awareness of the Arizona child safety seat and seat belt use laws.
Classes are held on the FIRST Saturday of the month.

English classes are held from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. NO LATE PARTICIPANTS ACCEPTED!
All classes are held at the Public Health Services District offices located at 2625 N. King Street in Flagstaff. The classes are taught by certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians.
The fee is $35 for EACH citation - cash or money order only (exact change please).
If you have a child safety seat, you must bring it to class.
No children allowed in class.
You MUST bring your citation AND driver's license.
